Kayla Hagerty: President
Kayla first attended the Fraternal Housing Association (FHA) Conference in 2019 as a newer professional in the fraternal housing industry, bringing previous experience in Student Affairs and campus housing enterprises. That first conference opened doors to invaluable resources across the industry, enabling her to better serve her organization. In 2022, Kayla joined the Conference Planning Committee as the lead communications contact and later joined the FHA Board, continuing to spearhead communication efforts.
"Attending FHA allowed me to connect with other national housing groups to learn best practices, from tenant and master leasing to rent collections and maintenance management. Additionally, it provided the opportunity to build relationships with industry strategic partners beyond just a sales pitch, fostering support for our properties' success."

Tyler Corsello: Conference Chair
Tyler Corsello graduated from UMass Amherst in 2019 with a degree in Real Estate Development, Investment, and Analysis. Since then, he has worked for Esponda Associates/Alpha Epsilon Pi, focusing on property management and development for fraternity and sorority housing.
Tyler first attended the Fraternal Housing Association Conference in Lexington in 2022, where he immediately got involved in conference planning efforts. Now serving as Conference Chair, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the conference and shaping its programming to better serve the fraternity and sorority housing community. Through his leadership, Tyler is dedicated to providing invaluable opportunities for networking, collaboration, and professional development for FHA members and strategic partners.

Greg Somers: Past President
Greg Somers is the Chief Executive Officer of SAE Financial & Housing which manages F&H properties to ensure performance according to SAE's financial and strategic plan. Greg is responsible for executing the daily operations of the F&H business units, including supervision of staff and coordinating board directives. Greg's leadership provided the foundation for the Fraternal Housing Association's collaborative fraternal experience.

Brandi Fitzpatrick: Technology Chair
Brandi is the Director of Property Management for Kappa Alpha Theta’s Fraternity Housing Corporation and has been working there since 2018. Brandi is responsible for the facility management program, facility director training, oversight of the property managers, and various other responsibilities. She first attended the Fraternal Housing Association Conference in Savannah in 2023 and really enjoyed her experience. From meeting new vendors to gaining useful knowledge that she has since used within Theta. She became involved by joining the conference planning committee and now serves as the Technology Chair.

Colin Close: Engagement Chair
Colin Close is the Director of Housing for Beta Theta Pi. In his role, Colin oversees all the operations of all the properties owned and managed and supports all Beta Theta Pi house corporation volunteers. Colin attended his first FHA conference in 2018, and has been actively involved since, now serving on the board in 2024.

Greg Buehner: Treasurer
Greg Buehner serves as President of Pi Kappa Phi Properties, Inc., the national housing corporation serving Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. Greg is responsible for delivering upon the organization’s mission and strategic direction. Greg was an incorporator of the Fraternal Housing Association in 2017.

Brent Fellows: Communications Chair
Brent Fellows is the Executive Vice President of the Fraternity Housing Corporation and oversees the corporation and management of Kappa Alpha Order properties. Brent first joined FHA in 2017, has served on the annual planning committee for two years, and joined the board in 2023. “The education at FHA and networking have been instrumental in assisting me with my position that has led to more housing projects, and most importantly countless friends in our industry.

Scott Rarick: Member At Large
Scott is the Director of Business Development at Alpha Xi Delta’s National Housing Corporation. Scott is responsible for supporting the Fraternity’s remaining local building corporations, the NHC Board of Directors, and helping set the overall strategy for the housing entity. He first attended FHA in 2018 in Saint Augustine and appreciates the opportunity it creates for the “housing brain trust” to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate the important work we do.

Melissa Czmiel
Melissa is the National Account Liaison for Raegan Ford Design and is a dedicated partner for the Greek community. Her role involves connecting with clients to understand their unique needs and providing tailored solutions. At Raegan Ford Design, Melissa is committed to achieving high customer satisfaction and building long-lasting partnerships. She is passionate about continuous learning and stays current with industry trends within the Greek community. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and their three little boys in their favorite vacation spot, in Park City, Utah.

Lisa Streeter
Lisa Streeter serves as the Marketing Strategist for Greek Housing Initiatives at Krittenbrink Architecture. She has a deep love for the Greek community and focuses on building strong, lasting relationships within this space. Lisa specializes in crafting innovative marketing solutions for Greek housing projects while fostering a sense of unity and community engagement. With a Master’s in Business Administration from Howard University, she uses her expertise to drive meaningful initiatives that support the growth and success of fraternal housing solutions. Outside of her professional commitments Lisa is a lover of travel, having visited over 30 countries.
