  • "As a new national house corporation, FHA has been an invaluable resource for the Deke Property Group. The resources provided, the ease of access to vendor partners, and the professional community has allowed our staff to develop quickly and provide a much higher value to our members. It's the ideal place to share ideas, partner on difficult situations, and locate housing where we need it.”

    R. Turner Spears, Director of Administrative Services, Delta Kappa Epsilon International

  • "In 2024, we participated in the FHA for the first time and what stood out to us the most was the incredible warm welcome we received from the group! Being part of the FHA was truly a delightful experience, it provided us with the opportunity to forge connections with both familiar and new partners from sororities, fraternities, and industry partners. The sense of unity and partnership was palpable with everyone sharing the common goal of improving Greek housing. We will definitely be attending again!"

Raegan Ford, Owner & Principal Designer

  • "Participating as a strategic partner in FHA's annual meeting is not only an opportunity to refresh old industry friendships and kindle new ones, but it also provides us with insight into what is happening in our industry relayed by those who work every day to improve Greek life. We have an understanding of the successes and challenges of fraternities, sororities, and those of us who partner with them from the work we do on campuses across the country. Attending the FHA's annual meeting, however, allows us to glean a much broader view of the industry and even participate in some brainstorming to generate ideas and uncover potential solutions to problems."

    Cherri Dunn, Alpha Fraternity Managemen

  • “At Union Bank & Trust Company (UBT), we want to do our part to positively impact and support the Greek life of colleges and universities across the country. Key individuals, from UBT ownership to the lending teams within UBT, are affiliated with Greek organizations. We understand the significance that Greek life plays on college campuses and the importance Greek housing makes in fostering lifelong relationships among members of Greek organizations. We see our role as a provider of financial services to support the Greek organizations as they acquire, improve, renovate, expand and build chapter housing and want to continue to contribute to their success on college campuses.”

Matthew Clare, Vice President, Commercial Loans, Union Bank & Trust

  • "As a first-time attendee, I was a little nervous about attending. This was Theta's first time at the conference, and I was the only staff member from Theta to attend so I didn't know too many of the attendees. However, I quickly learned that everyone was so welcoming and ready to share their wealth of knowledge when it came to Greek housing. I gained valuable connections through FHA that have proved to be very helpful. The sessions were great, and I appreciated that FHA was asking for feedback about everything. I highly recommend attending FHA."

Brandi Fitzpatrick, Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity Housing Corporation
